Each division is tasked with:

• Identifying and solving problems by providing appropriate technical or administrative solutions.
• Strengthening internal communication, fostering collaboration and exchanges among members.
• Highlighting specific achievements, whether technical or administrative, to better share successes and innovations.
• Enhancing service quality, by ensuring:
  • Up-to-date legal and technical knowledge.
  • Risk prevention (malfunctions, safety, etc.).
  • Optimal use of available equipment.
• Improving the visibility of skills, to promote the talents and expertise available within ICPEES.

This organizational structure enables ICPEES to ensure effective and collaborative management, addressing the scientific and technical challenges of its mission.
