Organisation
The Administrative Department provides assistance and advice to all ICPEES staff, and acts as an interface with CNRS, the University of Strasbourg and ECPM.
The department handles all ICPEES administrative, financial and accounting matters. It comprises a team of 6 people who perform the following functions:
- Financial management
- budget preparation and monitoring
- management of CNRS and UNISTRA funds allocated to the laboratory by the institutions, as well as resources from research contracts and agreements
- preparation of day-to-day management procedures, such as commitment of orders, recording of services rendered, verification of invoicing
- mission travel management (creation of mission orders, booking and validation of accommodation and travel tickets, processing of expense statements)
- expense tracking
- year-end operations
- regularization of card purchases
- implementation of management charts
- local assistance in setting up projects and monitoring contracts
- financial justification of contracts
- Human resources
- Implementation of HR management processes
- implementation and monitoring of fixed-term contract recruitment
- reception of non-statutory staff, guests or scholarship holders
- welcome trainees and set up gratuities
- Implementation of HR management processes
- Leave monitoring, telecommuting implementation
- Assistance and advice to all members of the unit on all human resources issues
- Assistance in conflict resolution
