Missions

  • Administering and securing the unit's information system.
  • Ensuring data backup
  • Prepare user workstations in accordance with the PSSI and maintain them in operational condition.
  • Advising users on their software and hardware needs
  • Diagnose incidents and help resolve them.
  • Assisting the structure director in the exercise of his responsibilities in terms of information systems security (ISS).
  • Raise users' awareness of IS risks and inform them of best practice.
  • Taking part in IS actions in the event of a security incident, in direct coordination with CERT OSIRIS.
  • Applying the Information System Security Policies (PSSI) of the supervisory bodies and the unit.
  • Ensuring that instructions and recommendations from CERT Renater, CERT-FR and CERT OSIRIS are applied.
  • Contribute to requests from the supervisory bodies' DPOs for personal data processing.
